The Filmjet Ink Bottle Roller helps prepare white ink bottles before production by continuously rolling them to improve pigment dispersion. It is a simple but important tool for maintaining more stable white ink performance and a smoother daily workflow.

For best results, shake the bottle well first, then place it on the roller for at least 4 hours. Before filling the machine, check the bottom of the bottle and make sure no visible white pigment sediment remains.

How to use

1. Shake the bottle well
Shake the white ink bottle before placing it on the roller.

2. Roll before use
Place the bottle on the Filmjet Ink Bottle Roller for at least 4 hours.

3. Check the bottom of the bottle
Before filling the machine, confirm that no visible white pigment sediment remains.

4. Fill the machine
Use the ink only after proper preparation.
