Filmjet Powderless DTF Premiere
For the first time at FESPA 2026, Polyprint will unveil the Filmjet Powderless, a new Powder-Free DTF solution powered by DuPont™ Artistri® JA1100 Jettable Adhesive technology.
Filmjet Powderless replaces traditional adhesive powder with a jettable adhesive process, helping create a cleaner workflow with less airborne powder, reduced powder residue, and minimal powder-related odor. The result is a softer hand-feel, smooth fade-outs, vibrant colors, and wash-resistant prints.
This solution is designed for decorators and apparel brands looking for a premium DTF alternative, especially where comfort, cleanliness, and print feel matter.
Filmjet Mini 30 & Filmjet Mini 60 DTF Series
Visitors will also be able to see the Filmjet Mini DTF series, Polyprint’s compact all-in-one DTF solution available in 33 cm and 60 cm print widths.
The Filmjet Mini series combines printer, powder applicator, shaker, dryer, air filter, mini PC, and RIP software in one integrated system. With smartphone Wi-Fi file transfer, touchscreen operation, dual Epson printheads, white ink circulation, automatic capping, and safety sensors, Filmjet Mini is designed to make professional DTF production simpler and more accessible.
It is ideal for small and growing print businesses, retail customization points, apparel brands, and decorators who want a compact but reliable DTF workflow.
New Texjet Mini DTG Printer
Polyprint will also present the new Texjet Mini DTG printer, a compact direct-to-garment solution designed for vibrant cotton garment printing with a clean, straightforward workflow.
With 8-colour DTG printing, Texjet Mini delivers a wider colour gamut, smoother gradients, and more vibrant results without adding unnecessary complexity. It includes a built-in mini PC, RIP software, touchscreen operation, and Wi-Fi file transfer from smartphone, making it suitable for both experienced operators and businesses entering DTG production.
Unlike DTF, DTG prints directly onto garments, with no transfer film waste and no powder handling.
