Its flexible 3-head architecture is designed to support different validated powderless ink technologies, giving garment decorators a cleaner, simpler alternative to conventional powder-based DTF.

Filmjet Powderless is more than a conventional DTF printer without a shaker. The printer, ink delivery, drying process and operating parameters are developed together to support dedicated powder-free DTF technologies.
Removing conventional adhesive powder opens new possibilities for DTF applications where hand feel and fine image reproduction matter. Filmjet Powderless is being developed to deliver softer transfers, smoother fade-outs and finer tonal transitions, making powder-free DTF especially interesting for fashion, premium apparel and other applications where the final result on the garment matters as much as the print itself.
Powder-free DTF can be achieved through different ink and adhesive technologies. Filmjet Powderless has been developed as a flexible 3-head platform capable of supporting different powderless approaches validated by Polyprint. This gives Polyprint the freedom to continuously evaluate new chemistry, configurations and processes as powderless DTF technology evolves.
Color, white and the functional powderless layers are digitally printed onto the transfer film.

At the core of Filmjet Powderless is a dedicated 60 cm, 3-head printing platform developed specifically for powder-free DTF production. Three printheads are arranged inline, allowing the system to support different validated powderless ink architectures. Depending on the selected technology configuration, the three channels can operate as: CMYK + White + Adhesive or CMYK + White 1 + White 2. This flexible architecture allows Filmjet Powderless to evolve together with powder-free ink technology rather than being limited to a single chemistry or supplier.
Powderless DTF requires a different approach to drying than conventional powder-based DTF. Filmjet Powderless therefore includes a dedicated dryer designed to work as part of the complete platform. Drying parameters can be optimized according to the selected Powderless Technology Configuration, supporting the different requirements of validated ink and adhesive technologies.The printer and dryer operate as one integrated powderless workflow rather than as separate components.
