RETURN & REFUND POLICY — POLYPRINT Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

At POLYPRINT, we stand behind the quality of our DTF printing supplies and consumables. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not a consumable that has been opened (inks, films, powders) — these are non-returnable once opened for hygiene and quality reasons
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened consumables (DTF inks, hot-melt powders, transfer films)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to improper use or storage

3. EU Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Directive 2023/2673).

⚠️ Note for B2B customers: The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes. If you are purchasing as a business entity, standard commercial terms apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day period expires.

4. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service — POLYPRINT is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. International Returns

For orders shipped outside Greece, please note:

  • Import duties and taxes paid are non-refundable
  • Return shipping from outside Greece is at the customer's expense
  • Customs fees on returned goods are the customer's responsibility
