TexJet echo2: Service call guide
During the printer’s initialization or most likely operation, you can come across some messages on the Platen Control Panel (bottom panel) or at the Printhead Control Panel (top panel). These messages are there to warn you about the status of some parts. For example, specific parts’ counters should be reset or the printhead reached a temperature limit, but also, about possible mechanical or electronic failures.
At any case, follow the suggested remedy that is described for each message. If the issue persists, we strongly recommend reaching out to your local distributor or contact our team, so a quick and responsible troubleshooting way is followed.
